We offer an array of men products such as shaving soaps, pre-shave oils, aftershaves, beard soaps, beard oils, bar soaps, and much more. Avitas Pro sells directly to salons, barbershops, spas, licensed professionals, students, and schools, so you won'f find many of our products in retail stores.
DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
No, the choice is completely up to you! As a customer, you have the option to purchase individual items, weekly, or monthly, depending on the needs of your clients and your business.
For our local customers in the Tampa Bay area, we offer a series of free delivery routes (depending on your location). Complete your purchase within 24 hrs. before our scheduled route and have your order added to our scheduled route in your area. Contact your local representative for more details. We offer USPS Domestic Ground Shipping starting at $6.95 and USPS Internal Ground Shipping for $13.95. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping within 2 to 3 days and shipped throughout the U.S. Periodically we will offer special shipping rates so check our website for updates or call us at (813) 435-9536.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Create an account and provide your cosmetology license. That's It! For salons, barbershops, or licensed professionals who are tax exempt, please provide us with your sales tax and FEIN number, for greater discounts.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, go to Contact Us and click cancel my account as your option, and submit. If you are receiving our newsletter or sales offers, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page to stop receiving all advertisement.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes, if you are dissatisfied with our Products you can contact Avitas Pro to request a refund for the amount paid for your most recent purchase. Refunds only apply to unused and unopened items, and a 15% restock fee its charged for any and all items returned (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which is non-refundable). Your refund request must be made within seven (7) days of the date of shipment or delivery by Avitas Pro.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL OR OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTS BESIDES CREDIT CARDS?
No we do not accept PayPal or checks, but we do accept all major credit cards. For existing accounts that order consistently on a monthly basis, may qualify for our COD's payment option. To be considered for this option there are a few requirements:
1.) Must be a business or licensed professional.
2.) Order products once a month, at a minimum order amount of $150.
3.) Have an existing account for 6 months or greater.
4.) Be present and have payment at scheduled time of delivery.
Orders are added to an existing route scheduled for your area. Failure to be notify us within 24 hrs. prior to your delivery date or be present at the time of delivery (with payment) or have a someone at the location to accept and pay for the delivery, will result in the cancellation of this service, and credit card payments will be required. *We do not offer 30 day net.
CAN A BUSINESS OR LICENSE PROFESSIONAL PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, we sell directly to barbershops, salons, spas and license professionals. Our goal is to help small businesses achieve their goals by offering quality products and services to their customers. We also offers a series of training courses to help salons, barbershops and licensed professionals learn the fundamentals of running a successful business, serving their customers, and increasing profits! WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping within 2 to 3 days. Local orders within the Tampa Bay area may take longer and will be delivered on the scheduled route date. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Yes, we ship to places outside of the U.S. through USPS or UPS Global shipping.

CAN AVITAS PRO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Yes, we reserve the right at any time to cancel your account without prior notice. Although is in never our intention to cancel an account, we do understand some individuals may refuse to adhere to the policies or other circumstances may arise and it may be in the best interest of both parties to part ways.
